Background:

Mano's Wine is an officially licensed wine seller of pro and collegiate teams.

Even though their in-house digital marketing team was generating modest success, they decided in early 2019 to look for an agency partner to help profitably increase their online sales.

Seedlogic was selected as their agency of choice and began to address the following challenges.

Marketing Challenges

  • Mano's needed a new partner to help with digital marketing

  • Google and Facebook accounts were receiving errors

  • A development company took several months to update their website and upgrade their legacy version of Magento to Magento 2

  • Even after the updates were made, the client had trouble making changes to the site

Solution:

Instead of upgrading Magento, Seedlogic decided build Mano's a new website on Shopify.

Seedlogic was able to move quick and design and develop a brand new website in less than 3 weeks.

Results:

Seedlogic's new website for Mano's immediately resolved the errors with Google and Facebook

With the channel issues resolved, Seedlogic then began to deploy more digital strategies including a sophisticated email abandoned cart campaign, Facebook and Instagram ads and Google Search and Shopping. This led to:

Increased abandoned cart recovery rate from 4% to 8%

Because of the better site experience, Seedlogic increased conversion rates of social ads 89%

30 days after launch of new site and deploying better ad campaigns, the site achieved more revenue than in any other previous month
