Background:

Mano's Wine is an officially licensed wine seller of pro and collegiate teams.

Their digital marketing was mostly handled by their in-house team and were generating modest success. In 2019 they were ready to look for an agency partner to help propel their online sales to the next level profitably.

Problem:

After having run Facebook and Google ads for some time, both accounts were receiving errors from Manos's website.

The Mano's Wine team immediately approached Seedlogic to help resolve these errors as well as build and manage more paid ad campaigns.

While Seedlogic was working to get campaigns re-launched, Mano's Wine was working with a development company to clean and update their website and migrate them from a legacy version of Magento to Magento 2.

The development company took several months to complete the site updates and when it was finished Manos's ad accounts were still receiving site errors. Mano's was also very unhappy that several product management features had bugs that prevent critical site product updates

Results:

Seedlogic's new website for Mano's immeditely resolved the errors with Google and Facebook

With the channel issues resolved, Seedlogic then began to deploy more digital strategies including a sophisticated email abandoned cart campaign, Facebook and Instagram ads and Google Search and Shopping. This led to:

Increased abandoned cart recovery rate from 4% to 8%

Because of the better site experience, Seedlogic increased conversion rates of social ads 89%

30 days after launch of new site and deploying better ad campaigns, the site achieved more revenue than in any other previous month
