We are seeking a highly-motivated Business Development Representative to become an integral part of our team!
This individual will be tasked with identifying prospects and handling outbound/inbound calls in order to set appointments for our Sales Director. Phone savviness and the ability to overcome objections and reach decision makers is critical for success in this position.
What will I be selling?
- We are a full-service digital marketing agency. Our services include paid media management, analytics and creative. We help other companies find more customers through managing ads, emails and their website. You will be pitching our package of services to help grow their business profitably.
What are the responsibilities?
- Prospect new business accounts via calls, emails and social strategies
- Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Sales Director
- Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of Seedlogic's services
- Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
What are the qualifications?
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Critical thinking skills and an appetite to learn successful sales tactics
This will include a base salary plus a lucrative commission. A smart, money-motivated person with strong communication skills will thrive in this position.
